You are always welcome to expand the ranges of healthy choices and then include a large variety of delicious foods that are nutritious as well.
You are advised to consume a variety of vegetables, fruits, legumes and grains as these all contain high degrees of carbohydrates. You need to check the amount of food that you consume on a daily basis and foods with high calorie content are sure to be avoided as much as possible. Drinking large amounts of water is also very good for your physical well being and is sure to keep you fit. Sugary foods are to be consumed on a limited basis. You are also suggested that you eat a large range of foods and not constrict yourself to one particular form of food. It is repeatedly being said that you need not completely cut out on your favorite cuisines but they are simply to be limited.
