Building muscle rapidly
Building muscle does not mean the arduous and stressful training of bodybuilders. For the normal person, having perfect six pack abs means something different than just training. It must be borne in mind that the professional bodybuilders rarely undergo natural training (most use drugs such as steroids). Moreover, they are usually genetically gifted. Doing the routines of these professional would only be stressful and counterproductive.
A more natural approach to bodybuilding is what suits the normal person. Here are some tips:
(1) Build Strength
Building strength is the first step towards more muscle. This is a gradual process. Burning through this process will only lead to muscle rips and only depress you. Weight lifting should begin with an empty bar in order to learn the technique. Add weight every time in order push your body out of the comfort zone. Calisthenics such as push-ups, pull-ups, and dips are also excellent. Always make sure that they are just a little bit harder than what you are used to.
(2) Do Compound Exercises
It is wise not to imitate bodybuilders in this respect also. Concentrating on a few muscles works only for people who have the required mass. For beginners, whole-body work-outs produce the best results.
(3) Eat the right foods
Nutrition is an important part of the deal. Be sure to consume at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and 1.5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of bodyweight. Proteins are essential for building muscle. The more protein, the more new tissue is generated (with exercises). Carbohydrates provide your body with the fuel it needs to go through the strenuous gym exercises. Carbohydrates allow for longer sessions and enable you to build stamina. Water is crucial for proper hydration. The body loses a lot of water during work-outs and it is therefore important to re-hydrate.

Building a six pack is the hardest thing to do. We can loose weight easily but.. 6pack, it is much harder to obtain.
For a nice six pack you need to go to the gym regularly plus eat and drink only healthy stuff. It is not easy but it is doable.
